Andover Central School is pleased to announce Ethan Warriner as the Valedictorian for the Class of 2025. Ethan has consistently demonstrated academic excellence, intellectual curiosity, and outstanding leadership throughout his high school career. With a dedication to learning, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to making a difference in his community, Ethan has set a remarkable example for his peers.
He is a standout student-athlete, participating in soccer, baseball, and basketball, while also serving as a proud member of the National Honor Society. A respected leader among his peers, Ethan has served as Class Treasurer as well.
Outside the classroom and off the field, Ethan is active in farming and agricultural programs, including 4-H, where he's developed valuable skills and a strong work ethic. He has also made a meaningful impact in the community by assisting with local food pantry preparations, demonstrating his commitment to helping others.
Ethan is the son of Lavern and Carol Warriner and plans to attend either the University of South Carolina or RIT to study Mechanical Engineering in the fall of 2025.

We are also pleased to announce Leigha Phelps as the Salutatorian for the Class of 2025. Leigha has consistently excelled in her courses, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for learning.
Throughout her high school years, Leigha has been a well-rounded and active student. She’s been a standout on the soccer and softball teams—serving as team captain in both sports. She’s also made an impact as a member of the National Honor Society, Yearbook Club, SADD Club, and has served as Class of 2025 Secretary.
Leigha’s commitment to her community shines through her involvement in maintaining the Little Free Library outside the school, promoting literacy and kindness for all who pass by.
Her achievements reflect not only academic excellence but a heart for leadership, service, and teamwork.
Leigha is the daughter of Robert and Amanda Phelps and plans to attend Keuka College to study Occupational Therapy in the fall of 2025. Leigha was most recently accepted into their Honors Program.
