Please find below registration forms for students entering pre-k, kindergarten, elementary grades 1-6 and Jr/Sr high school grades 7-12.

When you come to register your students please bring the following along with these forms.

If you are new to the district, a meeting with our principal will be set-up when you bring in the paperwork to the Guidance Office.
